Finance Director

The Finance Department is responsible for the coordination of financial affairs of the city to include accounting, accounts payable, cash management, investments, municipal court, mortgage collections, ad valorem property tax billing and collection. The department is also responsible for maintaining a functional data processing capability, keeping the city books of account in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and maintaining records concerning bonded debt and other obligations of the city.
