Parade and/or Special Event Permit Application Guidelines and Form

Parade and/or special events permits are required for any organized event involving the use of, or having an impact on public property, sidewalks, or roadways.  The City of Bennettsville's (COB) goal is to assist event organizers in planning safe and successful events that create minimal impacts on the communities surrounding the events. 

Complete the application 45 days in advance of the event and submit it to Jaharra.graves@bennettsvillesc.com or in person at the Community Center, 714 N. Marlboro St. There is a $50 application fee, payable by check, cash, or money order due when submitting the application. You can make the payment in person after all of the paperwork has been completed and signed by Jaharra Graves at City Hall, 501 E. Main St., Bennettsville.
